Jhal Suji – Healthy Easy Breakfast Recipes – Kids Lunch Box Recipes – School Tiffin


Today we will learn most healthy and easy breakfast recipe Jhal Suji or Nonta Suji. Also it is very popular Kids Lunch Box Recipe. So just watch this quick Kids recipe and make it at home.

Ingredients of Jhal Suji Recipe:
1. Suji / Semolina (1 cup).
2. Chopped onion (1 medium size).
3. Chopped cauliflower (½ cup).
4. Chopped carrots Chopped beans (¼ cup).
5. Chopped capsicum (¼ cup).
6. Chopped beans (¼ cup).
7. Chopped green chilli (2 no).
8. Roasted pea nuts (2 tbsp).
9. Raisins (1 tbsp).
10. Grated ginger (1 tsp).
11. Salt (as per your taste).
12. Sugar (as per your taste).
13. Refined oil (1 tbsp).
14. Ghee (3 tsp).
15. Garam masala.

Methods of How to make Jhal Suji:
1. Roast the semolina in hot pan. Keep aside.
2. Add 1 tbsp refined oil and 1 tbsp ghee in hot pan.
3. Add garam masala. Fry for 15 sec.
4. Add chopped onions. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
5. Add grated ginger. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
6. Add carrot, cauliflower, beans, capsicum, and green chilli.
7. Add ¼ tsp salt and fry all the vegetables very well.
8. Add roasted pea nuts, and raisins. Fry for 1 min in high flame.
9. Add roasted semolina and Fry for 1 min in high flame.
10. Add 2 cups water, and 1 tsp sugar. Mixed it well.
11. Now cook in high flame for 5 to 6 min. Stir continuously.
12. Put off gas oven.
13. Serve hot Jhal suji at break first or tiffin time. Also you can serve it for Kids Lunch Box.
